These Terms govern your use of tucsonairducts.com, operated by Desert Ducts LLC (“Desert Ducts,” “we,” “us”). By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Licensing

Desert Ducts is a licensed and insured Arizona contractor, AZ ROC #PENDING. You can and should verify the licence status of any Arizona contractor, including ours, at the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Our licence number appears on this website and on all bids, contracts, and estimates.

Information on This Site Is Not a Quote

Service descriptions, general guidance, cost ranges, and repair-versus-replace discussion on this site are provided for general information only. They are not a diagnosis, a warranty, or a binding price. Every home and system is different. A binding price is only ever given in a written estimate for your specific job, after an in-person diagnosis.

Estimates & Approval

We provide a written estimate after diagnosis. Work does not begin until you approve that estimate. If we discover additional problems once work is underway, we will stop and get your approval before proceeding beyond the approved scope.

Free Diagnostic Offer

Our diagnostic fee is waived when the resulting repair is completed by Desert Ducts. If you decline the repair, the diagnostic is billed at our standard rate, which we disclose before dispatch. The offer applies to residential diagnostic visits, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so in writing, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Full terms are provided when you book.

Emergency Service

Our emergency line is answered 24 hours a day. Arrival time depends on call volume, crew availability, and your location, and any estimated arrival window given over the phone is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Any after-hours rate is disclosed before dispatch.

Warranties

Workmanship and parts warranties, where offered, are stated in writing on your estimate or invoice, and are the complete statement of those terms. Manufacturer equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer under their own terms and often require documented annual maintenance to stay valid. Nothing on this website creates a warranty beyond what appears in your written service documents.

Safety Notice

Any DIY suggestions on this site (checking a breaker, checking a filter, turning a system off at the thermostat) are basic homeowner checks only. Do not attempt electrical work, refrigerant handling, or repairs inside HVAC equipment. If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility. If you see smoke, sparks, or suspect a fire, call 911.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its general information. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not affect the terms of your written service agreement with us.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona.
